  • What is your return policy? We hope you adore your new Aurélie pieces. However, if you wish to return an item, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery, provided the item is in its original, resaleable condition with all labels attached.

  • Are there any items that cannot be returned? For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on bodysuits, swimsuits, pierced jewellery, or cosmetics once the packaging has been opened.

  • What if my item doesn't fit? We understand that the perfect fit is essential. You may exchange your piece for a different size (subject to availability) at no additional shipping cost for the replacement.

  • Are your sizes true to UK standards? Yes, all our garments are tailored to standard UK sizing (UK 8, 10, 12, etc.). We recommend consulting our detailed Size Guide on each product page before purchasing.
